2001 Tatachilla Cabernet Sauvignon

A big black wine! Opaque black crimson colour with deep black purple hue. The nose reveals a distinctive Cabernet nose with top notes of blackcurrant, liquorice and spice emerging followed by a dark chocolate end note. The palate structure is full bodied with strong flavours of cassis and white pepper followed by dark chocolate back palate. Firmish dry tannins. Blackcurrant spice aftertaste.
