This Shiraz represents the pinnacle of Shiraz wine making. Opaque crimson colour with deep crimson mauve purple hue. Sophisticated nose, with aroma of violets, cedar, plum and spice. On the palate there are nuances of plum and spice over a touch of white pepper. Very good length. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of cedar, plum and spice.
