An excellent example from Stonier. Bright pale colour. Complex nose, with aroma of yeast lees, biscuit, butterscotch and cashew with very evident barrel ferment characteristics emerging. Excellent palate length, creamy texture, with strong flavours of yeast lees, toasted oak and roast almonds emerging. Perfect balance with very long lees, almond aftertaste.
