2001 Steve Hoff Heritage Wines Cabernet Sauvignon

Neighbours, Peter and Anita Frazer grow the fruit for this wine. Very deep crimson colour, with deep crimson mauve hue. The nose displays aroma of spice, followed by a hint of earth and leather, with blackcurrant and violet end note. The palate weight is generous, full bodied with blackcurrant flavours dominant, followed by a hint of dark chocolate, with a hint of mint. Fine grained tannins, followed by a long aftertaste of dark chocolate and blackcurrant.
