An organically grown wine, produced from grapes grown in the Valley Hope Vineyard. Translucent deep damask pink colour followed by deep salmon edge. The nose is a touch fruity revealing aroma of ripe strawberries, strawberry jam and spice. There is a touch of residual sweetness on the palate with flavours of cherry, plum and ripe strawberries emerging. Soft tannins. Drink. (2002) Alc./Vol. 12.2%
