A well made Chardonnay, but a rather obvious style. Bright straw colour. Aroma of spice, butterscotch and yeast lees over a background of hazelnut and biscuit. The palate displays good varietal character, with peach and melon flavours evident over a butterscotch and yeast lees background. Soft acid finish, followed by an aftertaste of melon, peach and butterscotch.
