Grape variety: 100% Sauvignon originating from France. The four clones were specifically chosen for their light aromas flavour and structure.
Region: In the vicinity of the town of San Quirino (Friuli Occidentale) in the north eastern region of Friuli. The Cru vineyard of Ronco Calaj consists of 99 hectares.
Production: Vinification occurs at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. Followed by a brief period of maturation in the bottle before release.
Characteristics: The colour is straw yellow and the bouquet is delicately aromatic and elegant. The palate is reminiscent of mature fruits. Fine acidity harmonises in the bottle over time. A dry white wine with elegant structure.
Serve: chilled to approximately 8 - 12ºC
