Brilliant straw colour. Subtle nose, with aroma of butterscotch, yeast leas and biscuit. The palate has a creamy texture, with flavours of yeast lees, biscuit and almonds emerging, followed by a hint of toasted oak. Soft acid finish. Aftertaste of butterscotch and toasted oak.

Retasted

The acidity of this wine is falling away and the wine is beginning to flatten out. Brilliant golden colour. Aroma of butterscotch, yeast lees and cashews showing obvious barrel ferment character. Creamy palate texture with flavours of biscuit, cashew and toasted oak. Moderate length and persistence. Aftertaste of cashews and biscuits.
