An early drinking commercial style. Crimson colour with crimson brick red hue. Medium body. Perfumed nose – very appealing with notes of violets, plum, spice and stewed fruit emerging. Flavours of stewed fruit, leather, spice and white pepper emerge on the palate. Soft tannins with stewed fruit flavours persisting.
