2001 Pirramimma Stock's Hill Shiraz

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of spice, plum, vanilla and black pepper followed by a hint of violet. The palate flavour profile is lighter than expected with liquorice and plum flavours emerging. Moderate palate length. Fine dry tannins run through to the aftertaste with plum, stewed fruit and liquorice characteristics emerging.
