This blend is composed of 63% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Merlot and 16% Shiraz. Opaque black crimson colour with deep black crimson hue. The nose is dominated by the Cabernet, with notes of blackcurrant, cassis, dark chocolate and spice emerging followed by cedar and violet endnotes. The palate is mouthfilling, with again the Cabernet component dominating the flavour profile. Plum, cedar and blackcurrant flavours are meshed with liquorice, cedar and spice. Fine dry tannins. Liquorice, cedar and spice aftertaste.
