Martin Williams is winemaker for Penbro Estate. Bright straw colour. Subtle aroma of biscuit and yeast lees, followed by a hint of citrus. The palate flavours are light, with some smoky oak appearing over a layer of yeast lees and biscuit. Creamy texture. Crisp acid finish, followed by citrus, spicy oak aftertaste.
