An excellent example of cool climate Shiraz. Very deep crimson mauve purple colour. Top note of white pepper, followed by liquorice, spice and plum. The white pepper flavours are quite persistent on the palate with plum, black cherry and spice overlay. Fine grained tannins, perfectly balanced.
