2001 Paringa Estate PE Pinot Noir

Translucent crimson colour. Medium body. Aroma of stewed plum and cherry, followed by subtle notes of violets. The palate flavours are relatively short with stewed cherry and spice flavour emerging. Firmish but balanced tannins which continue onto the aftertaste.
