VALUE: XXX/5First tasted August 2002:
This wine was made by Garry Crittenden and Judy Gifford Watson. Translucent crimson colour, with mauve hue. Light body weight. Aroma of cherry, spice and toasted oak, followed by a hint of stalk and stewed plum. The palate displays moderate length, with flavours of stewed plum and sour cherry emerging, with a touch of stalk on the back palate. Soft tannin structure. Cherry spice aftertaste. A light red with subtle varietal flavour.
