2001 Mitchell Sevenhill Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep brick red colour with brick red hue showing bottle development. Aroma of leather, cedar and spice, followed by endnotes of earth and liquorice. The palate reveals flavours of leather, spice and blackcurrant overlaid by an earthy leather back palate. Fine dry tannins persist followed by a leather earth plum aftertaste.
