2001 Michelini Merlot

Bright, brick red colour with crimson, brick red hue. Aroma of old leather, stewed fruit, cedar, spice and liquorice. The palate flavour profile is relatively short with a hint of greenness emerging. The back palate reveals flavours of tea leaf, cedar and spice. Dry tannins. Aftertaste of cedar, plum and earth.
