Translucent crimson colour, with mauve edge. The nose displays fresh, macerated raspberry and raspberry jube notes, over a layer of spice. On the palate, flavours of raspberry and spice, with a liquorice background dominant. Moderate length, soft tannins, followed by an aftertaste of spice, raspberry and liquorice. Drink now (2001).
