2001 Mad Fish Bay Premium Red

The blend consists of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Bright crimson brick red colour with brick red hue. The nose reveals notes of leather, plum, spice and just a hint of liquorice. The palate structure is tight with the dry tannins being too dominant. Stewed fruit flavours emerge. Long dry tannin aftertaste.
