Brilliant straw colour with green hue. Dusty nose with notes of unripe gooseberry and herbaceous top notes, followed by hints of pencil shavings and tropical fruit. On the palate the unripe gooseberry flavours are over powered by strong, green herbaceous, vegetal flavours. Crisp acid finish, followed by long aftertaste of tropical fruit, gooseberry and spice. Cellar 1-2 years (2002-2003).
