2001 Jacob's Creek Johann Shiraz Cabernet

Opaque black crimson colour with deep crimson mauve hue. The nose is perfumed, with aromas of violet, blackberry and spice – a pleasure to sniff. The palate exhibits flavours of liquorice allsorts, blackberry and blackcurrants, followed by spice and stewed fruit. Fine grained, persistent tannins, followed by a long aftertaste of blackcurrant, spice and vanilla.
