2001 Houghton Rockwall Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine is made from grapes grown in the Great Southern area and South West, Western Australia. Deep crimson colour with crimson hue. Aroma of earth, leather, spice and truffle. The palate displays earth and spice flavours followed by a blackpepper spice back palate. Relatively short. Firmish dry tannins followed by an earth, plum, spice and aniseed aftertaste.
