2001 Henschke Louis Eden Valley Semillon

Bright pale gold colour, showing bottle development. Aroma of honey, toast, green tea and cut hay. The palate has plenty of flavour yet remains not fully developed and unlikely to do so due to the lack of acidity. Flavours of confectionary, spice and green tea emerge. Soft acid finish.
