2001 Hallowell Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz

The blend is composed of 74% Cabernet and 26% Shiraz. Very deep black brick red colour with brick red hue, showing considerable development. The nose reveals green top notes with tea leaf and green bean creating an unpleasant, vegetative sniff. The palate reflects the nose with distinct vegetative, old leather, tea leaf and green bean flavours. Dry tannins. Green, vegetative aftertaste.
