Bright straw colour with green hue. Aroma of butterscotch, spice, hazelnut and yeast lees. Showing barrel ferment character. Creamy palate texture, with flavours of cashews, yeast lees, melon and butterscotch. The acidity is holding up. Aftertaste of butterscotch, yeast lees and melon.
