The wine presents a very deep crimson mauve purple colour. Excellent nose with aroma of violets, spice, strong liquorice and blackcurrant. Flavours of toasted oak emerge, followed by ripe plum, spice and liquorice. Fine grained tannins, followed by a liquorice toasted oak and plum aftertaste.
