2001 Forest Hill Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

The Semillon for this wine comes from Margaret River, whilst the Sauvignon Blanc is from Mount Barker. Brilliant water like colour. Aroma of confectionary, tropical fruit and ripe gooseberries. On the palate, flavours of tropical fruit and gooseberries are dominant. Crisp acid finish, followed by a long ripe gooseberry aftertaste. Cellar 1 – 2 years. (2002 – 2003)
