A good commercial example of wood matured Chardonnay. Bright pale straw colour. The nose reveals notes of green tea, butterscotch, yeast lees and cashews. The palate flavours are predictable with butterscotch remaining to the forefront, followed by spice, yeast lees and green tea. Moderate length. Clean acid finish with butterscotch spice aftertaste.
