2001 Del Rios Pinot Noir

Bright crimson colour with crimson brick red hue. Aroma of spice and strawberry jam, followed by a hint of raspberry and aniseed. On the palate, the flavour profile is relatively simple with a lack of depth. Soft tannin structure with a warm spicy aftertaste. A big ripe red with little varietal character.
