2001 De Bortoli Yarra Valley Pinot Noir

Bright brick red colour with brick red crimson hue. Medium body. Aroma of dark cherry, plum and spice followed by a strawberry end note. The palate does note have the anticipated power wave, and lacks some concentration. Flavours of stewed plum, cherry and spice emerge with just a hint of liquorice. Soft tannins. Cherry spice aftertaste.
