2001 De Bortoli Windy Peak Cabernet Shiraz Merlot

An easy drinking red. Very deep crimson colour with mauve hue. Aroma of spiced plum, liquorice and stewed fruit followed by a hint of earth. Flavours of ripe plum and stewed fruit are evident on the palate. Soft tannins, followed by long aftertaste of spice and plum.
