2001 Dalwhinnie Moonambel Cabernet

Deep purple colour with dark tawny hues. Bouquet of cedar spice with blueberry aromas harmonise with freshly cut herbs, vanilla and forest floor characters. A true symphony of aromas. Palate of dark plums, cassis and blueberries are supported by spicy cigar-box vanillin French oak tannins to produce a wonderful full and rich palate. The wine is medium weight, tight and dry with a tremendous finish.
