2001 Coldstream Hills Pinot Noir

Bright, translucent crimson colour, with crimson mauve hue. Lifted nose of toasted oak, cherry and spice, followed by a touch of game. The palate reflects that Classic Pinot dual characters – lightness of body, yet strength of flavour. Fine grained, firmish dry tannins, which linger followed by a long cherry, spice and liquorice aftertaste.
