2001 Cobaw Ridge Pinot Noir

Opaque crimson colour with deep crimson hue. The nose is quite intense with notes of black cherry, strawberry and liquorice emerging, providing an excellent sniff. The palate has excellent weight with very spicy flavours emerging followed by cherry and strawberry. Moderate palate length. Fine dry tannins followed by an aftertaste of plum, cherry, strawberry and anise.
