Deep straw colour with very good mousse. Very fine persistent bead. The nose is impressive with strong yeast autolysis aroma followed by nougat, toast and a touch of hazelnut. Creamy palate texture. The palate delivers a complex array of flavours over a strong yeast autolysis background. Hazelnut, cashew and toast flavours emerge. Clean finish. A sparkling wine that is showing impressive bottle developed characteristics.
