GRAPE VARIETY
White Grenache, Clairette and Bourboulenc.

SOIL
Mainly chalky-clay soils.

HARVEST
Hand harvesting.

VINIFICATION
As soon as they arrive in the cellars, the grapes are pressed. The must is cold racked for 24 hours. Running water regulates the fermentation temperatures.

MATURING
The wine is ages in vats, without malo-lactic fermentation.It is bottled at the end of the winter, depending on the harvest.

TASTING
Colour : Pale yellow and clear.
Nose :Sour apple, hawthorn and white flowers.
Palate : Fresh and well-balanced.
