2001 Chalk Hill Cabernet Sauvignon

A Cabernet that needs to be drunk. Medium body, brick red colour with brick red hue. Top note of stewed fruit and cedar followed by a touch of old leather, showing signs of development. On the palate cedar and leather flavours emerge, over a tea leaf background that persists. Soft tannins. Persistent tea leaf aftertaste.
