Bright straw colour. The nose displays a smoky, vanilla note over a floral, medicinal background. The palate flavours are hard with citrus spice flavours emerging over a vanilla cinnamon background. Very crisp acid finish, a touch too much acidity, followed by a long lemon aftertaste.
