2001 Brindabella Hills Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

The vineyard is located 25 km north Canberra.
Bright straw colour. The Semillon provides the lift on the nose followed by a touch of yeast lees. The palate has good weight, with flavours of citrus and spice emerging. The palate length is relatively short, with lees characteristics emerging. Soft acid finish, followed by a citrus lees aftertaste.
