2001 Blue Pyrenees Estate Victoria Chardonnay

A well made Commercial wine. Brilliant straw colour with aroma of melon, fig, yeast lees and spice over a layer of tropical fruit and butterscotch. The palate displays moderate length, with flavours of tropical fruit, yeast lees, butterscotch and spice persisting. Soft acid finish, followed by a tropical fruit and spice aftertaste.
Cellar 1 – 2 years. (2002 – 2003)
