Grape variety: 100% Cortese di Gavi.
Region: Piemonte is in the northwest of Italy. The vines are located in the area of Serravalle Scriva within the denominated Gavi production zone.
Characteristics: A very floral bouquet and a delicate pleasing palate from this dry white wine. This particular “Gavi” demonstrates good body, structure and length.
Serve: 10-12ºC
Try it with: Oysters, freshly shucked or some lightly smoked trout. Also as an aperitif.
