2001 Barossa Ridge Bamboo Creek Merlot

Very deep brick red colour with deep brick red hue. Aroma of cedar, cigar box, old leather, earth and stewed fruit showing early bottle development. The palate flavours are also developed with ripe plum, leather, cedar and spice characteristics evident. Fine dry tannins followed by an aftertaste of cedar, leather and earth.
