Bottle
$191.88 Dozen
Closure: Cork

Made from a blend of 55% Trebbiano Toscana, 15% Verdelho, 20% Grechetto and 10% Druppeggio and Malvasia. From around the town of Orvieto in Umbria. The soil is mainly clay and sand. Although some areas have volcanic layers.
Try it with: Excellent with some light antipasti, such as marinated vegetables and olives.

TASTING NOTE : Pale straw colour. The nose displays a subtle hint of straw followed by a touch of tropical fruit, spice and lime. On the palate there is a subtle lemon characteristic that emerges, followed by a hint of flint and lime. Crisp acid finish, but by no means austere, with delicate lemon lime aftertaste.
