A clean lean style. Bright pale watery colour. Delicate grassy, herbaceous nose, fresh, with tropical fruit and confectionery overtones. On the palate, grassy, herbaceous unripe gooseberry palate flavours. Fine crisp acidity, followed by citrus, unripe gooseberry and tropical fruit aftertaste. Cellar 1-2 years.
