1999 Yalumba Christobel's Classic Dry White

Made from a blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. Pale straw colour, and just slightly dull. Lifted nose of tropical fruits, gooseberry and ripe pineapples. Lean crisp palate with flavours of citrus and unripe gooseberry. Austere. Very crisp dry highly acidic finish. Cellar 1-2 years.
