1999 Tyrrell's Old Winery Semillon

A crisp Semillon, in true Hunter style. Bright pale straw colour. Grassy herbaceous nose with subtle citrus background. The palate flavours are lean - citrus grassy flavours dominant supported by crisp acidity which tends to lighten the flavour spectrum. Clean citrus finish. Cellar for 4-5 years to allow the classic Hunter characters of toasted honey flavours to emerge.
