This is Rob Dolan’s new vineyard and venture in the Yarra Valley. Medium body, brick red, crimson colour. Aroma of spice, cinnamon, oak and blackcurrant. The palate is a touch light, with blackcurrant flavour dominant, followed by some spice and liquorice end flavours. A touch of chocolate on the end palate. Soft tannin structure. A well made commercial wine. Cellar 2-3 years.
