An outstanding example of an organically grown wine, which has been produced from a blend of 64% Shiraz and 36% Malbec. Magnificent colour, totally opaque black crimson mauve purple colour. Lifted nose of spice, liquorice and blackberry. The palate delivers an abundance of ripe fruit flavours - mouthfilling with strong flavours of blackpepper, blackberry and spice, with nuances of cinnamon. Excellent length and depth, with velvet smooth tannins, followed by a very long blackberry and blackpepper aftertaste. Cellar 2-3 years. (2003 - 2004)
