A superb botrytis affected sticky. Brilliant gold colour. The nose is very intense with powerful apricot notes, showing strong botrytis character, followed by layers of honey and lemon butter. The palate has remarkable oil like viscosity, with flavours encompassing every corner of the palate. Layers of apricot nectar over honey, toffee and spice. Extremely long palate flavours. Clean acidity, perfectly counter pointed by the sweet apricot flavours, with exceptionally long aftertaste of apricot jam. Drinking near its peak. The perfect wine for summer stoned fruits and soft cheese.
