1999 Tatachilla Padthaway Chardonnay

Bright pale straw colour. Excellent lifted aromatic nose, filled with tropical fruit, peach and spice notes. No mistaking what this wine is! On the palate the flavours are generous with ripe peach, melon and tropical fruits dominant. Totally fruit driven, excellent weight and mouthfeel has some nut and yeast lees backpalate flavours. Crisp acid finish and aftertaste of melon, peach and spice. Remarkable value at this price. Cellar 1 to 2 years.
